Businesses are not short of ideas

They need a direction, a plan and an offer designed for the people it addresses.

Why I do this work

As a Doctor of Pharmacy, I learned to look at products through their impact on people. Twenty years of marketing inside global companies confirmed that a strategy is only worth something if it answers a real expectation, that of a patient, a customer or a consumer.

I help businesses in health, nutrition, beauty and wellness turn their expertise into offers and brands that are more useful, clearer and more desirable.

Because beyond launches, campaigns and indicators, the most solid marketing is the kind that genuinely improves the encounter between a business and the people it sets out to serve.

The skills built along the way

Understanding the need before building the answer

In health, nutrition, beauty and wellness, the challenge is not only to promote a product. It is to understand the real need of a patient, a customer or a consumer, then to build an offer and a promise that answer it accurately.

Turning rigour into a brand advantage

Reading a study, understanding what a regulatory framework allows and telling proof from argument: that rigour is what builds a trustworthy voice. The challenge is then to make that expertise clear, relevant and desirable for the people it addresses.

Making the choices that create preference

A positioning is not a formula. It is a choice: knowing who the brand creates the most value for, why it is credible and how it stands apart. In demanding markets, that clarity turns an idea into an offer people choose, and then into lasting growth.

This background was built over twenty years, in international groups across health, nutrition, beauty and consumer goods.

What I believe

01

Proof before promise

I start from what the product demonstrates, then look for how to make it desirable.

02

Decide before you accelerate

Positioning, priorities and the plan need to be clear before multiplying actions or investing further.

03

Independence as the outcome

A successful engagement leaves the team a method, tools and reference points it can keep using.

What you'll find working with me

Working together, you'll find a senior outside perspective, candor, including when the answer is no, and someone who helps you decide rather than leaving you to make the call alone.
